After the great success of our first ever beach walk at Mundesley, we are back for another helping and this time we are hitting the beautiful beach of Happisburgh!Having a dog forces you to get outside, which starts a long chain of positive effects for your overall wellbeing. Physical activity releases endorphins in the brain that energises you and creates positive feelings. It will reduce stress, boost mood and increase mental energy. Additionally, walking with other dog owners can be a healthy distraction from the stresses of a hectic lifestyle.
Joining our FREE walking group will lead to conversations with other dog owners and help you stay socially connected to others. Our wellness walks have been widely praised and were highly commended at the Broadland Business Awards 2023.
You don’t even have to own a dog to join. The walk is completely FREE (and always will be!) and open to everyone to come and enjoy a chilled beach stroll (and zoomies) at the stunning beach of Happisburgh. Dogs must be of a friendly nature to join us.
Meeting point is at the beach car park near the lighthouse. There is a pay and display care park and the postcode is NR12 0PR
