We are back for another beach outing of our popular 'Wellness Walkies’ and this time we are hitting the beach of Cromer!
Having a dog forces you to get outside, which starts a long chain of positive effects for your overall wellbeing. Physical activity releases endorphins in the brain that energises you and creates positive feelings. It will reduce stress, boost mood, and increase mental energy. Additionally, walking with other dog owners can be a healthy distraction from the stresses of a hectic lifestyle.
Following on from the HUGE success of our previous 2024 award winning walks, joining our FREE walking group will lead to conversations with other dog owners and help you stay socially connected to others. Our wellness walks have been widely praised and were highly commended at the Broadland Business Awards 2023.
You don’t even have to own a dog to join. The walk is completely FREE (and always will be!) and open to everyone to come and enjoy a chilled beach stroll (and zoomies) at the stunning beach of Cromer. Dogs must be of a friendly nature to join us. Feel free to stay and chat for a coffee at North Sea Coffee after the walk.
Meeting point is outside the entrance of the Cromer Pier.
