Welcome to Festive Yoga and Connection! Join us on Sunday, 15th December 2024 at 9:30 AM for a morning of yoga to boost your energy and find some time for yourself ahead of the Christmas holidays. The perfect pre-Christmas treat!
Start your day off right with an invigorating yoga session to move energy round the body, closing with a relaxing hands-on Savasana. Stay on for a cup of tea or coffee (and some delicious festive treats) to soak up all the goodness from the practice. Take this time to unwind, meet new people, and feel part of the Katy Chessum-Rice Yoga community. Then head off to enjoy the rest of your weekend feeling restored and ready for whatever the festivities may bring!
