Join Stacey & Angela for a very special evening of deep relaxation techniques, mindful music, therapeutic reiki healing and carefully selected gentle yoga poses.
Maybe you’ve been drawn to another person’s soothing energy before? It might have felt warm, nurturing, and incredibly healing? You know that feeling of warmth & healing you get from certain people but you just can’t put your finger on why ? ❤️ … well Reiki is similar to that feeling!
In this mini retreat Yoga & Reiki will be used in conjunction with one another to experience ultimate healing & wellbeing
The Yoga Hens are Qualified Reiki Practitioners as well as nurses & yoga teachers ! They have received ‘Reiki attunement’ in order to offer healing energy to others via Reiki group, individual & distance sessions ❤️
Reiki healing energy is an ancient gentle practice that can easily be applied in our modern world. It has a wealth of healing benefits and is thought to improve emotional & physical health.
Reiki healing uses light (or no) touch to guide energy within a person’s body to encourage self-healing & balance.
