Two, physio-led, mixed ability classes with beverage, cake and festive music inbetween. If you've ever wanted to try Pilates or get back to it after a break, and think 2025 is the year, then this is a great opportunity to get an early start, being led by an experienced physiotherapist and surrounded by a friendly group.
Class one: 4.25-5.05pm.
Festive treats: 5.05-5.45pm.
Class two: 5.05-6.25pm.
