Celebrate Local Creativity at Edinburgh Open Workshop’s Festive Makers Market
Get into the festive spirit at Edinburgh Open Workshop on Saturday 29 November with our Festive Makers Market a vibrant showcase of the best local artists makers and designers. From hand-crafted clothing and jewellery to artwork textiles and unique homewares there’s something for everyone.
Meet the makers in person pick up one-of-a-kind gifts or commission bespoke creations to make the season truly special. While you shop enjoy delicious street food from Gringo Supper Club along with hot chocolate mulled wine and festive treats to keep spirits high.
Bring the family along with free workshops for children including a ‘build your own’ creativity station and ornament and bunting activities perfect to enjoy on the day or take home for later.
This year’s market also launches the Leith Creative Trail a week-long celebration of local creativity running from 29 November to 7 December. Explore markets open studios workshops and pop-ups across Leith and pick up a beautifully designed map and directory by Cat Gordon & Zoe Brown to guide your journey.
