Festive Family Yoga is here! A magical morning of yoga based movement and mindfulness with a Christmassy theme.
It's all happening on Saturday 20th December at Waterloo Park, above the cafe (so you can sneak in a cosy hot chocolate too!).
10am = "Under 5s" - older children welcome but know it will be aimed at younger ones, more songs and simpler poses
11am = "4-11s" - again all ages welcome, it will be more imagination and partner work
£11 per family of one adult one child (over 1) and any extras please add as a sibling.
