Participants will make a Charcuterie Board. Get ready for a deliciously creative event with Festive Boards, our holiday-themed Sweet & Savory workshops where you’ll master the art of crafting your very own charcuterie board just in time for Christmas and New Years! In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn the perfect formula for selecting and arranging cheeses, charcuterie, and seasonal accoutrements that are sure to impress at your holiday table. Plus, we’ll teach you fun techniques like creating salami roses and expert slicing tips for cheeses and fruits. We use the freshest local ingredients along with handcrafted pickles and sauces.
