Join us to experience the magnificent acoustics of St David’s Cathedral with an evening of choral music. Four exquisite choirs interweave beautiful music from throughout the centuries, inspired by the folding together of four pieces of parchment to make a ‘quire’.
Tasmanian cathedral and church choirs will share the stage with Melbourne’s outstanding Concordis Chamber Choir.
Works performed will include music representing each choir’s diverse repertoire, featuring grand English romantic-era anthems alongside works by John Tavener, Hieronymus Praetorius, Gustav Holst and others.
