MOA Community Foundation invites you to Festival of Trees Presented by Pepsi Supported by KOOL 108! This is a FREE walk-through experience with 75 decorated trees on display by various businesses + organizations. Guests have the opportunity to purchase a raffle ticket for $10 to have a chance to win their favorite tree décor + prizes. All funds raised support education for all across the state of Minnesota.
