The BIG SIX Concept The Harmonious Chorale (HC) true to its mission of “promoting Ghanaian and African choral music and Western classical music, touching lives through our performances, events and other interventions”, has outlined the first major event to be slated for the Sunday 28th of April, 2024 at the Accra International Conference Centre at 17:00GMT.
The event is the 2024 edition of Festival and Praise and Worship #FOPAW which highlights the significance of corporate praise and worship.
This year’s 6th edition (BIG SIX) features seasoned and anointed artistes such as Winneba Youth Choir of Ghana, EFE GRACEE, Akoo Show Choir, Kofi Owusu Peprah, Team Eternity Ghana, Lordina The Soprano, and Rev. NII OKAI and Virtue Music, alongside the host, Harmonious Chorale.
Dubbed The #VarrickExperience, Festival of Praise and Worship 6 will feature specially curated songs exclusively composed or arranged by the Founder and Executive Director of HC, James Varrick Armaah, the composer of powerful songs like Oye, Nkwagye kuruwa, Adom noa, Nea wo de me abedru ni, Come let us sing, My help comes from the Lord, etc. as a way of celebrating and thanking God for the gift bestowed on us to make significant contributions to the body of Christ at a time he turns 40 years.
The blend of choral/classical music as well as contemporary music styles will make the Varrick Experience truly unique and will be endearing to patrons of the event.
