It’s back!! The Liverpool Hope University Festival of Futures brings together inspiring talks, workshops, films, and hands-on activities that tackle today’s biggest global challenges through creative and critical perspectives. It will take place on Friday 13 March 2026 on the Hope Park campus. Expect more than lectures. Take part in role-plays, debates, creative workshops, simulations, storytelling sessions, and immersive experiences. Explore topics ranging from disaster preparedness and feminist environmental justice to digital futures, Indigenous rights, disability narratives, and global solidarity with Ukraine all designed to challenge assumptions and spark new ways of thinking.
To make sure everyone can get involved, all students will be taken off the timetable for the day, and students who don’t usually have classes on a Friday will be encouraged to join in too. All participants will have the opportunity to earn digital badges in recognition of their involvement.
