By purchasing a ticket to this event you agree to adhere to our Code of Conduct

Saturday: 10am - 6pm

Saturday Live Music (Ages 16+ only): 6pm - 10pm

Sunday: 10am - 4pm

All times are subject to change depending on final scheduling - open and closing times will be confirmed to attendees via email once the schedule is confirmed

We are currently preparing the schedule of events - a full schedule will be published at least one week prior to the convention

Carer passes are free of charge when accompanying a paying attendee and equivalent to a standard ticket for the same duration as the attendee’s ticket. These tickets are designed for an individual to accompany those who require extra assistance at the event. Any carer tickets must be purchased alongside a full paying ticket.

For our younger guests, we will be providing a Foal Pass ticket. These passes are intended for our guests who are aged under 10 years old and would like to join us for some pony fun! Please note: all foal pass holders must have a responsible adult with them at all times.

ur live music event will be returning for 2025! We will be doing a call out for musicians in the near future for this event. Due to the nature of this event there will be a strict 16+ Age Limit for attendance.

A quiet room will be provided for those who wish to stay for the evening but prefer to relax instead of party!

Without the support of the community we wouldn't be able to host events like this! Your sponsorship helps to fund the convention and in return you will receive a small goody bag as a thank you from us!

If you choose to go Super Sponsor you will receive a goodie bag with the following:

• An additional A4 Art Print (in a different design)
• Printed FoF 2025 Lanyard
• Special Super Sponsor Gift (TBA)

Vendor applications will be opening shortly, we will announce on social media and our website when this occurs. Once accepted you will be given information on how to pay for your table and secure your ticket. One event ticket will be included with your vendor space with the option to purchase an additional helper ticket for your stall.
