Ages 4 - 6 at the Depot Art Center (Mon-Thurs only)Class Description: This camp is dedicated to celebrating colors! Campers will explore colors through outside adventures and a variety of projects with bubbles, paint, tissue paper and more. We'll dive into the color wheel rainbow and get messy, while learning color theory in hands on, sneaky fun ways.
Teacher: Cassie Wilhelm is a lifelong local in the valley who spends her days creating, learning or running around with her dogs. She is a professional artist who has spent the last four years as a tattoo artist both locally and in lands as far and exotic as California and Alabama. Painting is her favorite medium. Her favorite artists are Alice Neil, Georgia O’Keeffe, Jim Henson, and Claude Monet. Creating works of art is a sublime and rewarding process and she is excited to share and encourage and to give back some of the wonderful textures that art has brought to her life.
