2:30 PM – 4:00 PM | TRADITIONAL DANCES & FASHION SHOW

• Fashion show

• Traditional Indigenous and other cultural dances and music.

4:15 PM – 6:00 PM | CULINARY COMPETITION – “Flavors of the World in Ottawa”

• Presentation of a signature dish by each country, including its story and cultural significance (8 restaurants)

• Public voting via QR code

• Jury of two professional chefs

• Criteria: originality, taste, presentation, storytelling (25 points per criterion)

• Countries competing: Nigeria, Congo Kinshasa, Haiti, Cameroon, Côte d’Ivoire, Senegal, Burundi, Rwanda

6:15 PM – 7:00 PM | AWARD CEREMONY & FINAL WORD
