Festa Italiana is back at Freedom Hill County Park in Sterling Heights this July 14, 15, and 16, 2023! This FREE all-ages event celebrates Italian Heritage while featuring live music, delicious food, fireworks, and a whole lot of family fun. This year will feature both national and local entertainment, along with Italian wines & beer, a Friday Night Fireworks Spectacular, and a Family Fun Zone featuring bounce houses, zip line, bocce courts, rock-climbing wall, and more! Enjoy the best Italian cuisine, vendors, and Italian wines and beer found in Metro Detroit.
Headlining acts on The Lucido Family Stage include The Bronx Wanderers who will deliver a “Back to the Future” performance with 50s, 60s, and 70s Rock N’ Roll hits. Ray Massa’s EuroRhythms will be playing traditional Italian folk and Italian swing music. Aaron Caruso will be playing exciting operatic songs while Mark Randisi will be performing Sounds of Sinatra. Guests will also be entertained by Louis Prima Jr. and an array of the sounds of Italy throughout the weekend by a variety of talented performers.
In addition to all this fun, the festival will include a meatball contest, beautiful baby contest, Italian American Idol, cannoli contest, and more!
Admission to the event and musical entertainment are free. Parking on site is $10.
