Il Circolo del Partito Democratico di Manchester, operante in tutto il Nord dell’Inghilterra, vi invita calorosamente all’annuale Festa dell’Unità 2026, organizzata in collaborazione con ANPI United Kingdom and Ireland, INCA Regno Unito e ACLI UK.

Un evento per tutti, con anche attività per famiglie e bambini.  

La Festa vuole offrire una giornata alla comunità degli italiani residenti all’estero per conoscere nuove persone e informarsi su:

• Temi importanti della nostra società grazie ai panel politici con i parlamentari italiani all'estero e ospiti d'eccezione;
• Stand informativi;
• Attività per i bambini;
• Momenti di socializzazione con buon cibo e buona musica!

Parleremo di cittadinanza, diritti sanitari per chi vive all'estero, elezioni Comites, donne e resistenza internazionale alle estreme destre e supporto a lavoratrici e lavoratori in Italia e all'estero.  

Si svolgeranno attività per bambini, tra cui la lettura del libro ‘Imi e la Paperella’, con Q&A e colorazione del libro per sensibilizzare i bambini sul rispetto per il prossimo, il bullismo e l’autostima.  

Sarà un’occasione per incontrarsi, discutere insieme, condividere idee e passare del tempo in compagnia con musica e convivialità.

The Manchester Branch of the Democratic Party, active across the whole of Northern England, warmly invites you to Festa dell'Unità 2026, organised in collaboration with ANPI United Kingdom and Ireland, INCA UK and ACLI UK.

A community event for everyone, with activities for families and children too.    

The Festa is an opportunity for Italians living abroad to spend a day together, meet new people and engage with some of the most important issues affecting our community through:

• Political panel discussions with Italian Members of Parliament representing Italians abroad and distinguished guest speakers.
• Information stands.
• Activities for children.
• Opportunities to socialise while enjoying great food and live music.

We will discuss citizenship, healthcare rights for Italians living abroad, COMITES elections, women and the international resistance to the far right, and support for workers in Italy and abroad.    

Children's activities will include a reading of the book "Imi and the Little Duck", followed by a Q&A session and a colouring activity designed to encourage respect for others, raise awareness about bullying, and promote self-esteem.    

It will be a chance to come together, exchange ideas, discuss important issues, and enjoy a day of music, good food and community spirit.
