Our popular holiday gathering, the Festa, includes a grand meal and some vino, plus it’s located in a very cool old ballroom space with rich NW history. This is not something to miss.
We're in the Feather Ballroom in the fun town of Snohomish with all its antique flare and style. The event space is totally renovated with creaky wood floors in a large open ballroom on the second floor. Plenty of space for all our friends and members. Plenty of time for socializing, appetizers, before enjoying the Italian salad and buffet style dinner. Food will include a carver slicing off wonderful samplings of flank steak, a tender chicken, seasoned red potatoes, penne pasta with carrots & broccoli in alfredo sauce, and grilled vegetables. Dessert will be a couple cake options. There will be a couple bottles of wine on each table for self-serve sampling.
Part of the socializing is the silent auction where bidding can get aggressive on select items. Thanks to the generosity of members and partners, the silent auction is always a great way to spend your Christmas budget on proper Alfa-related items, and the sales generate money that is given to local charities.
The space has a great, possibly haunted history and we’ll have a guest speaker share some of the history with you. We’ll try not to scare you. Following the speaker, we'll introduce a few attendees and club officers, share a Year-In-Review slide show of the many great events from 2024, and present the Alfisti of the Year award.
You must pre-register to attend! Registration at either http://msreg.com/FestadegliAmici24 or by sending a check ($99 per person payable to NWARC) with guest names to: Bill Gehring, 129 19th Ave, Kirkland WA 98033. Price to register goes up after November 25. Do not delay!
Parking is on the street and there is a small parking lot a half block away at the local Carnegie Library. There is a side entrance with an ADA lift if a person needs it.
Please… No outside alcohol, No pets, No smoking, No people dressed as scary clowns. You must be 21 years old or better to attend. Remember… no Covid germs allowed.
