Join us for this in-person workshop at the Luminae space in Berkeley, California!

This workshop is for women who want to learn about the fertility awareness method, how to incorporate it into their busy life, and how it will benefit them, no matter what season of life they’re in.

There are many uses of fertility awareness. For some, it’s to gain cyclical awareness by tracking the ebb and flow of energy, PMS or other health symptoms, etc. For others, it’s used to chart fertility signs for natural contraception, or optimal intercourse timing for conception, or to gauge hormonal health.

The benefits of fertility awareness are endless, and once you know how to identify and chart your fertility signs, you can customize it to fit your goals.

This workshop is perfect for you whether you have a regular cycle or not, if you just got off of hormonal birth control, are trying to conceive, or are perimenopausal.

This workshop is taught by certified Fertility Awareness Method instructor and Registered Herbalist, Veronica Ricksen. Veronica loves teaching women about fertility awareness because it puts the power in their hands to improve their health and life each cycle.

You will leave this class with a foundation of how-to begin using the fertility awareness method, with my recommendations and resources if you need additional or individual support (as fertility charting typically has a 3-month / cycle learning curve).

Veronica Ricksen, certified Fertility Awareness Educator and Registered Herbalist, is a mentor who teaches women to chart their fertility signs for natural contraception, conception and more! Veronica has a private practice named Kapu, LLC and her 2nd edition of Menstrual Calendar Journal: Go with the Flow is scheduled to release Spring 2024.

Preparation:

You are welcome to bring a backjack or meditation cushion so that you are comfortable seated on the floor for the workshop. We encourage you to arrive early and get settled in so that we can begin on time.
