FERTILITY Acupuncture & Moxa Circle in the Park
under the healing embrace of nature, the trees, the earth and the open sky.
Fertility Acupuncture in the Park gathers acupuncture, warm moxa, and womb wisdom into one gentle ritual beneath the trees—so your body can soften, your hormones harmonize, and your nervous system exhale. We’ll warm the womb, steady the breath, and invite circulation and vitality to flow where new life begins.
This Moxa Acupuncture Session is appropriate whether you are focused on natural fertility, IVF or any other assisted Fertility Treatments and usually recommended at least once to twice a week.
Come as you are. Lie back on the earth, receive the needles or magnets (needle-free) support, and let mugwort’s warmth awaken your body’s creative rhythm. This is a circle for grounding, balancing cycles, and activating the innate intelligence of the body & womb.
Fertility Acupuncture:
Fertility acupuncture nourishes the body’s reproductive energy by balancing hormones, improving circulation to the womb, and calming the nervous system. It helps create the optimal inner environment for conception—physically, emotionally, and energetically.
Moxa for Fertility:
Moxa (mugwort therapy) gently warms the womb and nourishes the life force, enhancing blood flow and vitality in the reproductive organs. It supports implantation, balances cycles, and awakens the body’s innate creative rhythm.
Moxa (Mugwort herb) is a 3000-year-old healing method in Chinese Medicine. We use this herb after heating it up, and apply it to specific points on our body (belly) — to stimulate circulation, nourish vitality, and activate both physiological and psychological healing.
Womb Wisdom:
Womb wisdom is the ancient intelligence that lives in every woman’s body—the seat of intuition, creation, and deep emotional knowing. When we reconnect with the womb, we awaken our natural rhythm, healing power, and sacred feminine essence.
In this ancient practice, we awaken the Feminine Medicine that has guided women for thousands of years—where healing the womb was understood as restoring the flow of life itself. Modern research now echoes this wisdom, showing that acupuncture and moxa regulate hormones, increase uterine and ovarian blood flow, reduce stress, and enhance fertility outcomes. As we combine these time-honored therapies beneath the trees, we remember that conception is not only biological but sacred—a union of spirit, body, and Earth aligning in harmony.

What to Bring:
- Something to lay on-- yoga mat or blanket, with a small pillow for your head, and something to cover yourself with, if needed. Also consider a pillow for under your knees, if it is uncomfortable to lay flat.
- We will be outdoors... so please bring a shawl in case it is windy.
- Bring a Journal...
- Bring some water in case you get thirsty.
