Vinca Libanotica will give you have an awesome opportunity to go on a crazy adventure which will make you forget the word "yawn" during the week, this adventure will start from taking a ferry boat from Jounieh to Mersin then we will explore Cappadocia a semi-arid region in central Turkey, is known for its distinctive “fairy chimneys,” tall, cone-shaped rock formations clustered in Monks Valley, Göreme and elsewhere. Other notables sites include Bronze Age homes carved into valley walls by troglodytes (cave dwellers) and later used as refuges by early Christians. The 100m-deep Ihlara Canyon houses numerous rock-face churches. From Cappadoccia, we will head toward Kızkalesi means "Maiden's Castle," the romantic name for the crusader castle floating in the blue water 150 meters offshore from this eastern Mediterranean beach. We will have the opportunity to enjoy a 4 hours of boat trip on the offshore castle, guided explorations of the mainland Korykos castle, and nearby regional tours to the ancient sunken city and the Caves of Heaven and Hell.

July 14, 2026:
- Departure from Jounieh harbour with a ferry boat at 8:00 am
- Arrival to Mersin harbour at 1:30 pm
- Drive to Cappadoccia and check in the hotel
- Overnight + dinner in Uchisar premium hotel

July 15, 2026:
- Breakfast at the hotel.
- Pick up from Cappadocia hotel at 9 am
Heading to North of Cappadocia
- Zelve open air museum - about 8 kms from Goreme, is an ancient cave village spanning three interconnected valleys in Cappadocia, Türkiye. It is famous for housing one of the earliest settled and last-abandoned monastic communities in the region, where Greek Christians and Turkish Muslims coexisted peacefully until the mid-20th century.
- Uçhisar Castle rising as the tallest fairy chimney formation in the region, the rock-cut fortress served as a strategic watchtower for ancient empires. and its surrounding cave houses form the highest peak in Cappadocia. The immediate area surrounding the castle are the cave houses is dotted with ancient troglodyte dwellings and pigeon houses carved into the cliffs.
- Esentepe Panoramic Viewpoint offers one of the most expansive vistas of the region's fairy chimneys and volcanic landscapes. Both are iconic landmarks located just a short distance from each other between the towns of Uçhisar and Göreme
- Pasabagi fairy - Chimney valleys: known as Monks valley as well. We see the natural rock formations resemble the mushrooms with some monks caves in them. Here the monks secluded themselves from the community to feel closer to God just like Simeon of Syria who lived a top of Pillar in a small room for 37 years.
- Avanos: Historic pottery town of Cappadocia which is located on the banks of red river. Its inhabitants produced pottery since it was established in 19th century BC till today.
- Dervent valley: Also called Pink or Imagination valley with its famous pink rock formations. Here depends on ur imagination power you may see many rock formations look like diffirent figures. The most remarkable one is the sitting stne camel.
- Urgup fairy chimneys: They are symbol of Cappadocia. Five stone mushrooms just like a family. They are called the 3 sisters as well.
- Trekking from the Red and Rose Valleys to Çavuşin in Cappadocia is a stunning 2 to 4-hour hike. You will wind through pastel-pink rock formations, ancient cave churches, and unique fairy chimneys. The route culminates with a descent into the historic village of Çavuşin.
Distance: ~5 to 7 km (depending on detours and start/end points)
Duration: 2 to 4 hours
Difficulty: Easy to moderate

July 16, 2026: South Cappadoccia
- Breakfast at the hotel.
- Departure at 9:00 am from the hotel
- Kaymatkli underground city: The biggest underground city settlement in the world which was used as a shelter by christians of Cappadocia especially in the 7th and the 8th century AD
- Ihlaya valley: enjoy an easy 7 kms hike through the best part of the valley along the Melendiz stream, look up and see many Byzantine era churches, chapels, monasteries and hermits' caves.
- Visit Narlıgöl (often called Nar Crater Lake) is a hidden volcanic maar tucked on the southern edge of the Cappadocia region, near the borders of Niğde and Aksaray provinces. Famed for its mineral-rich geothermal waters and heart-like shape, it offers a peaceful, crowd-free alternative to Cappadocia's bustling valleys.
- Pigeon valley: is one of the most famous, picturesque, and accessible valleys in Cappadocia, Turkey. Located directly between the major tourist hubs of Göreme and Uçhisar, it is highly celebrated for its spectacular panoramic views, soft volcanic fairy chimneys, and deep-rooted agricultural history.
The valley gets its name from the thousands of dovecotes (pigeon houses) carved by ancient inhabitants straight into the soft volcanic tuff cliffs.
- Onyx atelier: or Sayan Onyx specializes in handcrafting jewelry and decorative pieces out of local Cappadocia onyx, alongside other fine gemstones (like zultanite) and sterling silver.
- Returning back to the hotel at 6:00 pm
- Overnight in Uchisar premium hotel or similar.

July 17, 2026: Cappadoccia - Mersin - Kizkalesi (327 kms)
- Breakfast at the hotel.
- Departure at 8:00 am from the hotel
- Arrival to Kizkalesi around 1:00 pm
- Embark a 4 hours boat trip to:
1- Orfoz Bay: A quiet, sheltered cove with striking blue waters, ideal for snorkeling and swimming.
2- Akyar Bay: Famous for its crystal-clear, deep waters and pristine swimming stops.
3- Narlıkuyu: Often the departure and returning point, renowned for its fresh seafood, the Heaven & Hell Chasms, and the antique Mosaic Museum
4- Kizkalesi castle: is a breathtaking medieval sea fortress situated on a small island roughly 300 to 600 meters off the coast of Mersin Province, Turkey. It is one of the region's most iconic historic landmarks and is currently inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage.
- Disembark at 5:00 pm and drive to Mersin
- Check in the hotel at 6:30 pm
- Overnight at Nobel hotel or similar - Mersin.

July 18 2026: Mersin shopping - Transfer to the habour
- Breakfast in hotel
- Mersin shopping, free time
- Transfer to the harbour at 3:30 pm
- Departure from Mersin harbour at 5:00 pm
- Arrival to Jounieh port at 10:30 pm
