Join us for our second annual Ferragosto, an immersive dining experience inspired by Italy's beloved midsummer holiday. Rooted in the traditions of gathering around the table, Ferragosto celebrates exceptional food, flowing wine, live music, and the simple joy of sharing a meal with family and friends.
The evening begins with aperitivo in Emeline's Greenhouse and Courtyard, where an Aperol Spritz cart, Italian wines, seasonal canapés, and chef-led culinary stations set the tone for the celebration. Guests then gather in the Courtyard for a generous four-course, family-style dinner crafted by the culinary team behind Frannie & The Fox, showcasing the vibrant flavors of Italy through seasonal ingredients and dishes designed to be shared.
As the night continues, Dolci & Dancing features more live music, interactive dessert stations, and made-to-order cannoli prepared by our Cannoli Maestro.
From the first toast to the final sweet bite, Ferragosto captures the warmth, abundance, and effortless spirit of an Italian summer.
The Spirit of Ferragosto
Each year on August 15, communities across Italy come together to celebrate Ferragosto, one of the country's most cherished summer traditions. From bustling city squares to quiet seaside villages, friends and families gather over long meals, open bottles of wine, and spend the day enjoying good company and the season's bounty.
The holiday traces its origins to Ancient Rome, when Emperor Augustus established Feriae Augusti to mark the close of the harvest season and a time of rest and celebration. Today, Ferragosto is synonymous with summer at its finest, bringing people together around the table to savor great food, meaningful conversation, and the pleasures of simply being present.
