FERMENTATION – The Goosebumps Food & Ghazal Show

Goosebumps renowned for its exotic fruit and traditional pickles is thrilled to announce its latest initiative: the Goosebumps Moments Festival. This festival celebrates the artistry of food and music beginning with the inaugural event the evening will feature soulful performances by a renowned group of artists including Sangeet Lahiri on vocals Vishal Dhumal on keyboards Ustad Farooque Latif Khan on sarangi Ashish Ragwani on tabla and Deepak Marathe on harmonium.

Just as mangoes and lemons transform into delectable pickles through a process of marination with spices oil sun and love thoughts and ideas ferment into soulful Ghazals and Nazms through emotions and rhythm. Guests will embark on a culinary adventure featuring a pickle tasting and cupping session followed by mouthwatering snacks and a unique fermented dessert all crafted by Goosebumps Culinary Art. To complete the experience a refreshing mocktail will be served and attendees will receive a souvenir bag as a memento of the evening. 

Co-founder Pinank Shah mentions that “Goosebumps cherishes food made by real hands with ingredients hand-picked by many mothers spices that are hand-pounded and a lot more; making these foods marinated with love and emotions. When our foods are cherished by you they become our share of Goosebumps Moments!” Recognising the joy that food brings Goosebumps is launching the Goosebumps Moments Festival to honor the artistry of food alongside other celebrated art forms. The first event FERMENTATION uniquely combines the process of culinary fermentation with the emotive journey of Ghazals.
