Learn how to make your own fermented foods and drinks in preparation for the Festive Season. Taught by an experienced fermentation enthusiast.
Catalina Brumann @ www.fermentable.co.uk, will cover the science behind fermentation, as well as practical tips and techniques for building fermented food and drink into your Festive menu planning. You’ll have the opportunity to taste a variety of fermented foods and drinks, and take home your own fermented vegetables. No prior experience necessary, all welcome!
