No, we ain't talkin bout Pokémon... It's our third class on the topic of hobbyist fermentation. This particular topic is one of Patrick's favorite, as it focuses on all of the beneficial/useful microflora that are trolling about, wild-like in nature! In this class, you will learn how to capture wild yeasts via 3 separate media: flour/water, wort (or, grain tea), and cabbage.
Yes, that's right--we're making sourdough bread starter, wild beer yeast, and sauerkraut! Plus a few fun bonuses/tips along the way.
FREE class!!! Bring a clean vessel or two and you can take some of the spoils home with you. This will take place in our courtyard, weather permitting.
