We are excited to bring you our fermentation class with guest chef Amy Levin. This class is aimed for those who wish to focus on perfecting confidence in fermented foods.Our class will comprise of:
Learn everything there is to know about fermented foods and why they are so good for you.
Make your own Cucumber kimchi, salsa and kraut under the expert guidance of guest chef Amy Levin.
What to bring:
3 x jars holding 500ml minimum to take home your fermentations.
Please state allergies at the time of booking.
Lunch provided including coffee, tea and a glass of wine.
