Taught by experienced fermentation enthusiast, this workshop will cover the science behind fermentation, as well as practical tips and techniques for getting started at home. You'll have the opportunity to taste a variety of fermented foods and drinks, and take home your own fermentation starter kit. No prior experience necessary, all welcome!
