Join Plot & Pantry for an intimate fermentation workshop where you'll create two take-home ferments: classic sauerkraut and a customizable seasonal vegetable ferment.

Together, we'll learn the foundations of fermentation, experiment with herbs and aromatics, and discover how simple ingredients can become flavorful pantry staples.

Along the way, you'll enjoy optional tastings of prepared ferments and explore a curated display of fermentation vessels, techniques, and living cultures.
