Helena Feral Yoga Teacher Training is here!Feral is not just a fusion of yoga, floorwork and twerking: it's a journey of self-discovery and self-empowerment. This movement is a celebration of strength, grace and sensuality, wrapped in the electrifying rhythms of an unforgettable playlist. It's an invitation to reconnect with your untamed essence and dance to the beat of your own heart.
In this training you will learn the skills to lead Feral, along with any variations.
The training will be approximately twenty hours long over the course of three days.
(Having a solid yoga practice &/o 200hr is recommended, but NOT required to take this training.)
