The FWC is a multipart seminar that teaches self-defense strategies and utilizes a group therapy approach to foster resilience and growth. The first hour of each session will be physical self-defense course taught by Skye Hilton. The second hour will be a group therapy session, utilizing talk therapy and various CBT modalities to increase self- worth while decreasing apprehension and fear. FAQ -
Who is this event for?
*This course was created for women who seek to gain independence and self- confidence.
How long is the event?
*2 hours, from 3pm-5pm.
How much does the event cost?
*This is a FREE course, but donations are welcomed.
Is this event good for kids?
*NO, All guests need to be 18+
What do I wear for the self- defense portion?
*It is advised to wear comfortable clothes and a long sleeve shirt for a little added arm protection.
