About this Event
The main objective of this group is to create a safe space for people to be themselves and enjoy their time with other amazing people!
This is a DROP-IN group so there is no commitment, you may also leave anytime you'd like!
WHEN: Weekly on Wednesdays at the Coast Mental Health Resource Centre @ 1225 Seymour Street, Vancouver, BC in the Board Room on the second floor.
TIME: 1:30-4:00
Start date is APRIL 8TH 2023
Group outings will occur once per month and will be covered.
Eligibility:
1. self-identifying woman or are gender non-conforming
2. any age!
3. have struggled with mental health
4. are willing to complete a registration form to be a member at the Resource Centre (required as this is where we operate)
