Not every woman was taught how to properly care for her body.
Not every question felt safe to ask.
And sometimes shame keeps us silent about the things we truly deserve to understand.
This workshop was created with compassion, care, and understanding for young women who desire a safe, judgment-free space to learn more about feminine wellness, hygiene, and self-care without embarrassment or fear.
Join us for an empowering evening of education, open conversation, support, and encouragement as we lean into healing, confidence, and feminine wellness together.

Parents if you wish to bring your daughters we will have a parental permission form that would need to be completed.

We'll also have a wellness resource table with feminine care products and contraceptives available for attendees!
