Feminine Soul Flow: Sacred Dance Healing Workshop

Welcome to the Feminine Soul Flow: Sacred Dance Healing Workshop! Join us at Serpentine Dance Studio for a transformative experience. This workshop is designed to help you connect with your feminine energy, sensuality, cycles, and strength through the power of dance, meditation, and the healing arts. Release stress, rejuvenate your spirit, reclaim your narrative, and embrace your true self in a supportive and empowering environment.

Each workshop focuses on a specific theme that coincides with women's spirituality, the elements of life, and the seasons. In this workshop, we will move to explore and honor the gifts of Fire; the element of passion, creation, death, and rebirth. For this workshop, please bring a journal, a yoga mat, water to drink, and a small item of significance or value to you . Come in lose comfortable clothes you can move in, and be prapred to dance with bare feet.

No dance experience is required, no dance experience required, just an open heart and a willingness to explore. Join us in the power of community and siserhood and let your feminine soul flow!

The workshop will be taught by Jazmine Desarrae, sacred dance medicine healer, life coach, and feminine arts practitioner. Jazmine has been teaching for over twelve years and she has also studied various forms of dance, womb wisdom, meditation, yoga, tai chi, and qi gong, cultivating a seasoned understanding of body movement as an instrument for healing, wisdom, and joy.
