Your body is not ordinary—it is a living temple of wisdom, beauty, and divine presence. In Sacred Body Awakening, we gather in a ceremonial circle to reclaim this truth, opening to the profound healing and remembrance that happens when we honor the body as holy ground.
This group is an immersive, heart-centered practice where you will:
✨ Awaken the temple of your body through guided movement, breath, and conscious touch.
✨ Release old patterns of shame, fear, and disconnection and return to innocence, trust, and embodied joy.
✨ Experience the alchemy of sisterhood, being held in a safe space of reverence, acceptance, and unconditional love.
✨ Remember ancient wisdom encoded in your cells, awakening your inner priestess, or soul midwife.
✨ Reclaim intimacy with yourself and the divine through presence, embodiment, and deep soul connection.
This somatic modality will involve touch between individuals (both in pairs and in triads). Prior to practice, we will discuss consent, agreements, and standards for the practice. This modality mirrors the way priestesses healed and held one another in temple worship, and so it will be a deeply transformative practice if you are open to it.
Come as you are. Bring your longing, your courage, and your willingness to be touched—by spirit, by community, by your own radiant essence. Together, we will remember: the body is the altar, breath is the prayer, and presence is the medicine.
