This women's only gathering is an invitation to return to the wisdom of the body. It's an invitation to release, remember, express, embody, and empower.
Through ecstatic dance, we will make space for the fullness of our sacred feminine expression. There is no choreography or "right" way to move. You are invited to listen inwardly, follow your own rhythm, and let your body express whatever is ready to be felt, released, reclaimed, or celebrated.
We remember that femininity does not need to be controlled, performed, perfected, or made palatable; it can be fully inhabited. Together we will create a space to honor the sacred feminine as the instinctive, creative, sensual, powerful, tender, wild, and wise force that is alive inside each one of us.
