LET'S EXPLORE YOUR FEMININITY ✨After this bootcamp you will feel more Confident and Comfortable within your own femininity!
We will start with an introduction and a warmup, followed by some stretching. After this we will move onto the more technical part and learn how to use your arms and hands. To finish the bootcamp we will dive into a little feminine choreography.
We will also have a couple of breaks so make sure to bring some water and something to eat.
For this bootcamp a solid basic on2 is required.
I believe the exercises/techniques used in the class are applicable for every level. I will also adapt the class to the group that is coming and differentiate when needed.
