inFLOW experience is a guided dance meditation practice that combines elements of ecstatic movement with various breathing techniques. Blindfolding allows a deeper connection to yourself without being distracted by your surroundings.

Dayana Akpanova—kundalini yoga instructor, sound healer, and medicine music singer from Central Asia. Dayana works with breath, energy, and sacred sound to support healing and inner awakening.

• Wear a comfortable dress that allows free movement and makes you feel confident.
