Feminine Embodiment Workshop - Inviting the Dark Goddess at HOLISTIKA

As women we often leave our own embodiment as an afterthought. This is especially true for the dark aspects of our feminine sexual energy. We may work hard and have pride in our roles as good mothers, wives, employees, business owners, friends, but we often don’t make time to tend to our body’s need to slow down, feel, and unwind. When we have sacred space to drop into our body, we can tap into our deeper feminine aspects. As we begin to enter into the dark season, we can prepare our bodies and psyche by sinking into the nourishment that lies in the sensual body and specifically the darker feminine energies. These archetypes, alive in our veins, can bring power, energy, and healing. This workshop will create a sacred space to tap into those energies and have them reflected by other female-identified people. When we can embody the play and power that lies within the dark goddess, we can move through life with more clarity, ease, and flow.
