Feminine Embodiment Workshop

Trauma informed Somatic Movement, This Feminine Embodiment Workshop includes a guided meditation, creative therapeutic practices and sensual somatic dance to connect the mind, body, soul experience of the feminine.

For women who are looking for a safe space to be present in the moment, present in their body and present in their femininity and sensuality. This is a completely private experience for women to connect with themselves in a safe space.
This is not therapy and it is not a dance class but it merges healing aspects of both to create an environment for women to connect with the feminine self. Connecting mind and body in present sensuality with a group of like minded women has powerful unique healing abilities.

There is true beauty in our sensual energy. Sometimes in society we are shamed for that part of us, the wild woman in us all feared by the masses. Witches hunted, sexuality expression shamed as negative in religion and society. Yet it is in our sensuality where our creativity and power lies, where our confidence is lit and our soul is connected.
​Women should be able to express themselves in this way regardless of external opinions and this space is a safe place to connect with your own femininity without fear of judgement or shame.
