Feminine Body Wisdom; Women's Empowerment Intuitive Dance Journey

Somewhere along the way women were taught to be quiet.. to dim our light. To silence our truth in fear of being too much, too loud, too emotional, too intelligent. We learned to shape shift.. to do what we needed to do to feel safe to fit in. And in doing so.. we disconnected with the power of our voice and the wisdom of our body.

But that power and wisdom never left you.. it's inside of you just waiting to be reclaimed.

Feminine Body Wisdom is a women’s intuitive dance empowerment journey(no dance experience required) that is an invitation to remember… to peel away the layers of silence, self-consciousness, and self-judgment. To awaken the part of you that is unapologetic.. free.. empowered.. WOMAN.

✨In this space you will reconnect with the voice inside you that refuses to stay small any longer. Awaken your full, unapologetic expression. Connect deeply to your feminine body wisdom. Release the weight of hiding and pleasing. Tap into the strength, softness, and power that already lives inside you.

💫What to expect.. We will begin in circle, setting intentions in sisterhood. Then, guided by music and my voice, you’ll journey inward through movement. We’ll close together in community with grounding, integrating, and celebrating the woman you are.

🌟Please do not let the word “dance” intimidate you. This is not a choreographed dance. No dance experience is required. Through an intentionally crafted journey, you will move how YOUR body wants to move.. this could look like stretching, swaying, sitting, shaking your booty, or simply being still. This isn’t about “getting it right.” It's about listening deeply to your body. Trusting your body wisdom to guide you in what’s ready to be released and what’s ready to be reclaimed.
