On the second Wednesday of every month, Gaia Goodness and Female Magik will be holding space for you to meditate, reflect, journal, share and heal. A supportive group of like minded woman speaking freely about their experiences, releasing stress, standing in their power and healing their energy. You will experience an opening ceremony, sacred smoke cleansing for the circle, soul tribe confidentiality affirming, grounding and protection meditation, journal prompts, sharing circle using our 'speaking crystal', healing and manifestation meditation and closing ceremony.
