The evening is designed as a series of group activities: small-group rounds followed by 1-on-1 rounds, giving you the chance to meet lots of different women in a relaxed, low-pressure way.
This isn't surface-level networking - it's an opportunity for real connection.

Please arrive on time - doors close at 19:10, and latecomers won't be admitted, out of respect for the evening's flow.

As the old saying goes, “it takes a village”, the event is created with the intention to provide the space, connection and togetherness. My name is Ines Baricevic Balmaekers. I'm an international facilitator and community builder, passionate about women’s empowerment, holistic well-being, and creating spaces for genuine connection.

From my early work in leadership development to building startup communities, my focus has always been on bringing people together and fostering authentic connections.

Having lived in seven countries across two continents, and now calling Maastricht (the Netherlands) my home, I know what it feels like to be searching for a tribe.
