Female* Leadership Circle: June 26th - Embrace what you love ☀️
This month, our Human Connector Lauriane Tiard-Caillaud will facilitate a discussion on embracing the things we love doing.

Last month (!), Lauriane launched a first bilingual city guide to urban birds of Hamburg and she will share at F*LC her journey of how her need to connect with Nature in the city has led her to become a published author ?

What is the Female* Leadership Circle (F*LC)?

Female* Leadership Circle is a supportive community ? of women* and people defining themselves as such who share their path of being self-employed, founders, leaders, seekers or more...

...A community where you can show up the way you are - with no need to "pretend", "perform", "pitch", "compare", "compete" or anything like that.

...Where you can be real and authentic while still helping each other grow professionally and personally.

How often do you meet?

Every last Wednesday of a month.

Where do you meet?

This varies each time and depends on the location we find. If you have any ideas or potential locations for us we are happy to hear from you!

What is an F*LC event like?

There is no conventional agenda and no professional networking/startup event to be expected!

? ?There will be impulses served to create a space where we can open up our minds, hearts and will to share whatever we want to share (fears, doubts, success, joy, or just listen), learn from each other or just simply enjoy our time together.

Who is it for? ?

Women* of all ages, skin colours, religions and belief systems, cultures, abilities, orientations, education and socio-economic backgrounds are welcome. Share this invitation with women* who will benefit from being a part of a supportive community.

We want this community to be an inclusive one, so that women*, especially the ones from underrepresented backgrounds, feel that this group is for them. ?

At F*LC we co-create a space with you, where we can

• or just simply enjoy our time together

How can I co-host an F*LC get-together?

At the end of each event/ get-together/meet up 2 participants volunteer as co-hosts for the next F*LC. Ideally, the hosts have therefore attended at least one previous F*LC event.

If you haven't attended the F*LC before and still would like to co-host, please contact us at [email protected].

The co-host-volunteers will be then accompanied in 1-2 initial sessions (online or hybrid) by one of the co-coordinating teams to take the next steps in designing the next F*LC content.

Administrative/event-organization-related tasks will be taken care of by the team, so the hosts can primarily focus on hosting the topic of the next F*LC.

We want to ensure that F*LC is a space where we all can co-create what the F*LC is about, as a participant or a co-host and where we continue to explore what matters to those who attend.
