Join us for an intimate evening in the famous pink Rintel Room at Pepe’s Italian & Liquor, as we sip and sup with a panel of phenomenal females from Melbourne’s beauty world. Each Guest Speaker not only has their own respected personal brand, but also successful small businesses showcasing their signature products and services.

The theme of this Supper Club is “chasing perfection”, and how we inevitably get caught in the deception of edited images on social media that create a toxic comparison culture. We challenge the idea that perfection exists, instead focusing on how to positively embrace our imperfections and celebrate what we already have! We demystify the taboo around cosmetic surgery and injectables, and create a no-shame space for the expert panel to answer all of your burning beauty questions and impart advice that is beyond skin deep.

These events are all about connecting you with strong, inspiring and successful trailblazers who are making their mark in industry. We create a safe and inclusive space to network within, learn from and be inspired by one and others experiences and unique journeys.

Beth is a Melbourne-based makeup artist who has spent the last six years perfecting her craft, learning new techniques and textures to help her clients feel like the best version of themselves. Her clients include prominent media personalities and models, with a speciality in wedding and event makeup. In 2020, Beth launched Saint Jack Cosmetics, an innovative beauty brand with a focus on hygiene – she wants you to clean your brushes, people! Saint Jack’s Makeup Cleaning Mist is carried in the kits of Australia’s best makeup artists, with more products slated for the end of this year. Beth hosts her own podcast, ‘Behind the Brush’, interviewing leaders in the beauty space about their careers and launching their businesses in a competitive industry. When she isn’t with clients or filming TikToks for the brand, Beth is a musical-theatre nerd and will never say no to a Marg with her mates.

Louise; known as Lou amongst friends, is a Melbourne-based makeup artist, specialising in commercial fashion shoots, as well as wedding and special event makeup. A working artist for the last decide, Lou regularly works with elite brands like JAGGAD, Witchery and Kat the Label to name a few. Conceived from her efforts to find the perfect lipstick for her clients, in 2016 Lou launched her own lipstick brand, Lou Lou Lips. Today, the brand has a collection of matte and satin lipsticks, as well as super hydrating and beautiful hybrid gloss-balms. Lou Lou Lips is stocked in over 70 salons and stores around Australia and has an expansive online presence. For Lou, lipstick is all about the finishing touch of confidence and she wants other women to feel the same. When she isn’t changing the industry one lipstick at a time, Lou loves spending time with her new husband David and is a sucker for long days on the beach.

Dr Ceylan Yilmaz is one of Melbourne’s most respected and sought-out cosmetic doctors. A General Practitioner and Medical Director of ‘Skinologie’ in Albert Park, Ceylan has an extensive educational background with her medical degree and further studies in Aesthetic Medicine. Dr Yilmaz has worked and trained with global leaders in non-invasive cosmetic procedures, including anti-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers and laser therapies. Ceylan favours a natural look and is renowned for her subtle but effective work. Ceylan’s insight into medicinal chemistry, coupled with her intimate knowledge of skin, has seen her create her own skincare range, Skinologie by Dr Yilmaz. The powerful cosmeceutical range champions single ingredients that have been carefully selected for their scientifically-proven efficacy. When she’s not at Skinologie helping patients achieve their individual skin goals, Ceylan loves travel, staying fit and spending time with her husband and three beautiful children.
