On November 3rd I’ll be hosting another ‘By Frenchie’ painting workshop to honor all beautiful women and everyone who feels and/or identifies as a woman. Empowerment, creative expression and all shapes and sizes of the body is the main focus.

Through the workshops I would love to share my empowering message and teach you to paint your own body on a canvas ‘the Frenchie way’. No experience needed! The goal of the workshop is embracing empowerment, connecting with your body and with their creative side, all while having fun!

So, on November 3rd you're welcome to paint along in an exclusive art workshop - including my tips and tricks. Important: please bring a photo of yourself to paint (on your phone). This photo is for your eyes only unless you want to share, please keep in mind we want to create a safe space.

About By Frenchie

My name is Fransje, my art is called ‘By Frenchie’, I’m 31 year old and based in Amsterdam. I celebrate and empower women with colorful & funky art, portraying the female body in all shapes and colors. My art both results in paintings (acrylic on canvas, skateboard decks and basketballs) but also digital art in the form of art prints and postcards.

Considering myself a true color monster, I feel that colors can create happiness and calmness at the same time, pastels hug my eyes. I find my inspiration in the beauty of the female shape and form, resulting in cheeky artworks that showcase nudity in a playful and friendly way. With my use of pastels and portraying of flowing bodies, i hope that my soothing art is both uniquely recognizable and uniquely empowering.

As a feminist, I encourage individuals to embrace their bodies as pure art. I want to raise awareness about feminist themes and gender equality, striving for progress without creating a negative atmosphere. My vision for equality reflects in various aspects of my life, shaping my art, work, interests, and environment.
