Join us in beautiful Pasadena California! ☀️The Female Chain Reaction will introduce you to the unique aspects of female biomechanics and explore the Pelvic Core Neuromuscular System (PCNS). During this two-day intensive, we'll also uncover:
? How the PCNS can influence orthopedic injuries & sports performance
? How pregnancy influences the PCNS
? How to navigate the post-natal period for recovery & restoration of the PCNS
? How pelvic core dysfunction will affect quality of life and an individuals ability to participate in ADL’s/exercise
The client populations included are the young female athletes, pregnant/postpartum clients, middle-aged athletes, and seniors.
