Female Bike Maintenance Workshop for Beginners by Aisling Cullen

Following the success of our previous beginner-friendly bike maintenance workshop, we’re excited to announce another session on Wednesday, May 28th! Led once again by experienced mountain bike coach Aisling Cullen, this hands-on workshop is limited to 10 participants—so be sure to reserve your spot early.

This workshop is perfect for those preparing for the Wicklow 200 or other sportives, as well as anyone looking to build confidence in bike maintenance. Aisling will guide you through essential skills, including:

• Drivetrain maintenance & chain repair
• Brake pad replacement & basic brake bleeding
• Tubeless tire maintenance & repair

There will also be a Q&A session, giving you the chance to get answers to all your bike maintenance questions. Plus, all participants will receive a goodie bag with essential bike repair items!
