Femaffinity is a bold proposition that we should not let anything sap our strength–especially not at this time.Is this turning point in history scary as shit? Do we have PTSD from the last 2 elections? Do we want to do things differently?
Alright then, let’s go over what we know is true and possible.
-Women are tough (Think of your grandmothers)
-We don’t give ourselves enough space and compassion to do what we gotta do to make sure we’re running on full power
-We are good at caring for each other
-When we can let down our guard and responsibilities, we KNOW how to have fun (Que your favorite dance tunes)
-When we get together with good intention, magic automatically finds us
Those are the inspiration nuggets for this shindig.
It's composed of workshops, discussion circles, and wander-in wander-out rooms (water-color, yoga, pilates).
Saturday night, after a belly-dancing class, we'll bust into an all-request dance party with a bonfire right outside.
The price includes all snacks and meals and there is no chance of spending any more money that weekend. We've got ya.
