Are you femme and have been wanting to do some sparring? Come visit during the women's only open mat session!!
Doors are open between 1pm and 3pm every Saturday!!
Warm ups and warm downs will be coached, with a 30 minute block dedicated to back-to-back sparring!
Need to knows:
- Non armour, so please come in your favourite work-out gear
- Stay Hydrated
- Bring a towel
- Free for first timers!
