FEM: Autumn Alchemy

FEM: Autumn Alchemy is a free, donation-based gathering for women to reconnect with their bodies, intuition, and inner power this Autumn. Through gentle movement, reiki, stretch, sound healing, and reflective practices, we’ll create space to soften, ground, and come home to ourselves - together.

Led by a team of women healers and space holders, this intimate event invites you to rest, recharge, and return to the wisdom within.

This intimate half-day journey includes:

• Embodied Movement💫– a short and empowering bodyweight movement session to energise and ground
• Reiki Healing 💫 – clearing and calming the energetic body
• Stretch & Release 💫 – slow, restorative movement for tension release
• Sound Bath 💫 – deep rest, nervous system reset, and energetic integration
• Reflections & Healing Circle 💫 – guided reflection to honour what’s rising
• Optional 1:1 Sessions 💫 – tarot, reiki, and more (first come, first served)

Also featuring:

• Crystals, jewellery and accessories from Wild Evelora 💫
• Natural skincare and cacao from Tropic Skincare by Calli 💫

Tickets are free, but donations are welcomed when signing up to help facilitate this event. No pressure - your presence is the gift.

You'll also have the opportunity to book 1 - 1 sessions with our practitioners on the day to take place after our group sessions are completed.
